Spell Contest – Frost Nova

Sends out a wave of frost to slow enemy units for 5 seconds

• Units already affected by frost nova will be frozen in place
• Units already frozen in place will be shattered

This Spell was done completely through the use of the data editor, triggers were not used in any way.
